
Rusagonish River #2
also known as Patrick Owen Covered Bridge
This Structure consists of 2 spans at a total of 35.2 meters(115.6 feet ) for a total of 70.4 meters (or 231.2 feet).
This bridge was built in 1909.
To get to this bridge the easiest way would be to take the wilsey road from Fredericton ,this will take you on a direct route to it (exit route 7 at wilsey road Just past the coop )approx 6km's
The Patrick Owen bridge is located in Rusagonish N.B surrounded by farmland, houses are in close proximity.
Department of transportation maintains this bridge along with almost all the others in the province and have done some work on the west wall ,by replacing it back in 2004 .
